Michael Booth QC
Overview
Michael Booth QC is an outstanding Queen’s Counsel who was appointed silk in 1999. Michael works exclusively on commercial and chancery matters with a strong emphasis on litigation, particularly trials, although undertaking advisory work.
Michael’s areas of practice include civil fraud, company, insolvency, partnership, property, trusts and general commercial litigation, both here and overseas.
Michael has been incredibly supportive of the work of the Mason Hayes Charitable Trust, providing regular work placements to students and delivering insights on career opportunities both at the Bar and within the Chambers environment.
